Carrier and plates are one decision

The carrier holds the plates and the pouch load. The plates decide the weight and the profile. Ordering them together is how the fit gets checked before the goods leave the factory, because we make both in the same building.

Three models cover the range. WNS-FDY-6 is the full carrier at 0.3 square metres. WNS-FDY-7 and WNS-FDY-8 are the smaller carriers at 0.14 square metres, used where a unit wants front and back plates only.

Alumina and PE

250 x 300 mm, models WNS-FDB-1 to 8, 2.6 to 2.95 kg. Side plates WNS-FDB-9 at 150 x 150 mm and WNS-FDB-10 at 150 x 200 mm.

Silicon carbide and PE

250 x 300 mm, model WNS-FDB-11, 2.3 kg.

Pure PE

250 x 300 mm. Model WNS-FDB-12 at 1.65 kg and model WNS-FDB-13 at 0.65 kg, for units that need the weight down.
