What we make, and for whom
WINNERS makes body armour with pure PE ballistic panels, in three forms: a concealable vest worn under clothing, a full-protection vest with shoulder, neck and groin coverage, and a tactical plate carrier. A ballistic briefcase is made on the same floor.
Ballistic plates and helmets are the second and third lines. Because all three come out of one factory, a buyer can put a complete set in a single enquiry and have the plate checked against the carrier before anything ships.
Our buyers are security companies, law enforcement units and equipment stores in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Latin America. They choose a vest by how it is worn and what it looks like, which is why every product page here starts with photographs rather than a specification table.
Why the location matters
Deqing County port is 0.5 km from the factory gate and the nearest highway exit is 2.9 km away. Shanghai and Hangzhou are each about one hour by road.
That is why orders ship from Shanghai, Hangzhou or Ningbo. Your forwarder picks the port and we move the goods to it. It also means a buyer landing at either airport can reach the factory and be back the same day.
How the company is run
Three management systems are in place: ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environment and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety. The certificates are valid until 10 October 2027.

Government procurement shortlist
In 2025 the company was shortlisted in the framework agreement for protective and anti-riot equipment of the Ministry of Public Security of China, in three lots. It is one line of evidence about how the factory is audited. It is not a statement about any product you would order from this site.
