Who wears what
Three kinds of unit order from us most often. Each one needs a different answer to the same question: does the vest show, or does it stay hidden.
Law enforcement
Patrol and public order units wear protection in the open, at a checkpoint or holding a line. That is the case the full-protection vest was built for. The shoulder, neck and groin guards cover the areas an officer exposes when standing and moving rather than sitting in a vehicle.
Where a unit carries plates and a pouch load, the tactical vest does the same job on a carrier. Most orders come in olive or in the unit's own camouflage.
Security and cash in transit
A crew moving valuables does not want to advertise what it is carrying. The concealable vest goes under the uniform shirt, flat at the collar and the shoulders, so the crew reads as ordinary staff until something happens.
Where a crew works overtly, at a fixed post or on a gate, the tactical vest in a dark pattern is the usual choice. Both can be ordered in one enquiry, and both use the same pure PE panel.
Close protection
A close protection detail works in civilian clothes, standing close to the principal. The vest has to disappear under a jacket and stay comfortable through a long day on the move.
The concealable vest at 3.5 kg is the starting point. Where the detail is authorised to carry plates, the smaller tactical carriers at 0.14 square metres keep the profile down. Tell us how the team dresses and we will say which of the two suits it.
Where the orders come from
Our buyers are in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Latin America. Every order is quoted against the destination it is going to, and the paperwork for that destination is confirmed with you before the goods ship.
Tell us how your unit works
Send the job the unit does, how it dresses, and the quantity. We reply with the vest we would put in front of it.
